The Little White House is the newest place to stay while in Historic Hico, Texas. Tiny Town at GSD Ranch is a working ranch on 12 acres of beautiful land right outside of Hico. Tiny Town has 4 charming tiny homes and 2 cabins for rent. On the property you will find a community fire pit, lighted paths, hammocks, a dart board, sheep, donkey, and longhorn cattle.

Punchy Vaquera is the latest addition to the many shops, restaurants and museums lining Pecan Street in downtown Historic Hico, Texas. Buzzed Brumby is a mobile coffee shop dishing out iced and hot coffee drinks from a converted retro horse trailer. Although they are still available for parties and events, Buzzed Brumby has a new permanent location across from Hico Mercantile in a historic open air building with an outdoor courtyard. If charm, good vibes, and great coffee are what you are looking for, you’ve found it at Buzzed Brumby. Try out drinks like the whipped espresso, iced latte, cappuccino, macchiato and more. Gravel Locos is a gravel bike race with three routes starting from Historic Hico, Texas. The inaugural Gravel Locos event drew thousands of gravel riders from across the world. For the first event, Founder of Gravel Locos, Fabian Serralta, decided to raise funds for a new command truck for the fire department, as well as to give some cash to the chamber of commerce and the senior center. Currently Green Canoe Outfitters is working on opening a men’s shop and taproom next to Hico Mercantile.
