Join us Saturday, April 17th at 10:00am for VINYASA+VINO at Silver Spur Winery! Bridgette will lead you through an all-level yoga class designed to connect your breath and your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and blissful. After class, namast-ay around for a glass of Silver Spur Verdelho!
COST: $15/person and includes the yoga glass + one glass of wine. Yoga will begin promptly at 10:00am — bring your yoga mat and a towel or small blanket.
