Root to Rise Wellness Festival and 5K sponsored by The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness and Uplift Fitness.

Day passes start at $75 and all-inclusive weekend passes start at $150. Individual event tickets will be available on a limited basis.
FRIDAY
  • Check-in and a special Belly Dancing class at The Rooted Soul studio and candlelight meditation.
SATURDAY
  • Rise and shine for sunrise yoga and then hit the pavement for Uplift Fitness’s 5K Fun Run.
  • Not a runner? Join us for our regular morning yoga classes at the studio.
  • Fitness classes around town.
  • Outdoor wellness and farmer’s market
  • Special Candlelight Meditation and Sound Bath
