Downtown Hico Businesses will be passing out treats Oct. 30th. Dress up the kids and bring your candy bags for a fun hometown community event! Thank you to all our Hico Local Businesses that participate and provide the candy! 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Parents please wear a mask for safety.
