Mark your calendars, Hico! We’re turning up the heat on Sunday, May 4, with CINCO DE BAYOU — a crawfish boil celebration in our beer garden you won’t want to miss!
We’ve teamed up with 2025 American Rodeo Tie Down Roping Champion Shane Hanchey, who’s rolling into town with his famous food truck Bo’s Boil N Geaux to bring you authentic Cajun boiled crawfish and shrimp right here on the street outside the Green Canoe!
- Shane will be set up by 11 AM and serving until he sells out—so swing by after church or before Slow Ride Sundays at Hico Hall!
- Boiled Crawfish & Shrimp straight from Louisiana
- Cold beer flowing all day in the beer garden (yes, it’s kid-friendly!)
- Live music from singer-songwriter Trevor Hickok
- A portion of the day’s beer sales will go to Hico PD Animal Control (thank you, Officer Kraatz!)
