2022 Texas Steak Cookoff
The 2022 Annual Texas Steak Cookoff in Hico, Texas is a one-of-a-kind experience. Join us on Saturday, May 21st where backyard and professional chefs from all over the Southwest will compete for a cash prize and the title of “The Best Steak in Texas”. Cookoff ticket holders can then have a steak prepared to order by the cook of their choice. And be sure to join us for live music, food vendors, shopping, appetizers, a corn hole tournament, wine tasting and beer garden.
Your purchase of a $25.00 Dinner ticket includes:
- A wristband that allows you to sample any of the Hors d’oeuvres being cooked by the chefs from 10:00 am to 1 pm or whenever they run out.
- A 12- ounce rib-eye steak dinner with all the fixin’s. The serving lines for the dinner open at 5:00 pm and you can select your favorite backyard chef to prepare your steak!
- A chance to win several door prizes offered throughout the day.
